About the Role:
Dr. Squatch is growing, and to support our expansion, we are adding a Lifecycle Marketing Jr. Associate to our Lifecycle Marketing team! The Lifecycle Marketing Jr. Associate will be an integral part of our email campaigns, from development through execution.Â
​​This is a full-time, temporary employment opportunity (8-10 week long assignment) in a growth-focused & collaborative team environment based out of our HQ office in Marina Del Rey, CA. This role will report to our Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
The anticipated compensation range for this role will be $20/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You’ll Do:
- Support development and execution of email campaigns - template building, QA, segment set-up, and deployment
- Build automation and triggered workflows that will help with the engagement, acquisition, and retention
- Ensure timely communication with key stakeholders on email program execution timelines and expectations. Partner with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
- Analyze campaign results and share performance reports, understanding approaches that worked well and opportunities for growth.
- Support day-to-day operations for the Lifecycle Marketing team

- Very strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects concurrently

- Experience with email marketing platforms (specifically within Klaviyo)
