Linux Systems Integration Engineer

Responsibilities Include:

• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Manage implementation of SSL and SSO for applications and systems.
• Design and develop and process and service automation using bash, Python and Ansible, AWS CLI.
• Design, and deploy application infrastructure in AWS cloud.
• Design and deploy system and process monitoring tools.
• Responsible for application incident and change management.
• Defining integration strategies and methods and then planning them in accordance with established deadlines.
• Creating and providing technical documentation that explains upcoming or existing integrations to non-technical individuals.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of Linux system and scripting experience with Python, Bash, Ansible or similar tools.
• Expert understanding of AWS cloud services - VPC, IAM, S3, EFS, and Lambda functions.
• Experience managing and deploying SSL certificates.
• Basic understanding of the DNS, Windows Active Directory, Centrify.
• Strong ability to analyze user requirements and ability to provide flow diagrams for integration applications according to specifications.
• Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to influence senior, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in the definition and design of data security solutions.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a VA Position of Public Trust - Medium Background Investigation (MBI)
