  • Building: Main hospital
  • Number of Beds – 23 beds
  • Number of Staff – approximately 80 staff members on mom/baby
  • Patient Ratios – 3 or 4:1 - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
  • Type of equipment – main computer system-CPN EMR -Meditech
    Job Requirements
  • Experience in a mom/baby unit
  • BSN Preferred
  • Flexibility with their schedule
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations
    Schedule Information
  • Night Shift – 1 charge, 9-10 RNs on the floor, 2-3 RNs in the nursery
  • Day Shift –1 charge, 2-3 CNAs, 9-10 RNs on the floor, 3-4 RNs in the nursery
