Pay: $35.00 – $50.00/hour (Based on experience & credentials) ?? Responsibilities: ?? Triage & Patient Preparation – Assess and prioritize patients based on approved protocols, ensuring smooth appointment flow and efficient care delivery. ?? Patient Education & Follow-Up – Provide clear instructions on self-management, communicate test results, and follow up to ensure adherence to care plans. ?? Clinical Documentation – Accurately document all patient interactions, treatments, and procedures in the electronic health record (EHR) in a timely manner. ?? Medication & Test Management – Process prescription refills and order diagnostic tests per standing orders while adhering to practice policies. ?? Care Team Collaboration – Support the clinical team by acting as a resource, precepting new staff, and maintaining open communication with regional management. ? Regulatory Compliance – Stay up to date with OSHA, CLIA, and coding regulations while adhering to infection control and patient safety protocols. ?? Required Qualifications: ?? Active Connecticut State RN License ?? Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification ?? Over 1 year of experience ?? Additional Information: ?? Work Locations: Newtown, Ridgefield, Danbury, Bethel, Torrington, CT ?? Travel Requirements: 25% travel required, with potential for same-day travel to multiple locations based on operational needs.
