Job Description

What will you do?

    • Hours of operation are 3rd shift about 9:30pm start M - F. Work hours may need to be flexible.
    • Primary responsibilities will involve billing orders, providing logistics information for customer service, cancellations, order preparation . Will assist with daily outbound functions including manifesting, billing and interacting with drivers . Utilize BFO to answer CRs .
    • Must have computer skills; the ability to communicate professionally and respectfully via phone, email and in person; a desire to learn and grow; and the ability to be flexible and responsive.
