Logistics & Food Service Worker

Job Description

The Logistics & Food Service Worker supports the Markets, Logistics, and Catering teams in running successful operations within the location. The Logistics & Food Service Worker assists with stocking markets, event set up, transporting equipment, food, or other supplies to the event location, serving guests during the event, and breaking down/ cleaning up after the end of an event.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested.
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during events.
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Picks up and cleans up food and beverage deliveries after service.
• Breaks down and cleans area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage.

? Loads product onto the truck daily which requires frequent lifting, moving, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
? Stocks product to par levels and maintaining accurate documentation of product levels via appropriate software
? Reports sales, waste, customer concerns, and/or machine malfunctions daily
? Reports necessary maintenance or repairs needed on vehicle to management
? Maintains, services, and upkeeps cleanliness of vehicle and equipment

• Helps onboard new employees.

? Performs all job duties in a safe manner by adhering to all driving regulations, company safety policies and procedures.
? Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude towards customers, clients, and co-workers
? Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver?s license
• Must follow the required dress code as assigned
• Must be available to work event-based hours including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required
• Requires frequent lifting, moving, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrates ability to work independently with limited supervision

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
