Description and Requirements

• Responsible for tracking the shipments of finished goods/spare parts from pick up till delivery to India whs
• Track & follow-up with import materials and ensure prompt customs clearance
• Provide relevant daily update and analysis to the business team on the deliveries and exceptions
• Take responsibility for the success or failure of material delivery schedule
• Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to transportation & customs clearance
• Monitor shipment clearance and delivery, ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with existing International transportation vendors from pick up till delivery to India whs
• Co-ordinate with fulfilment teams in case of damages or exceptions raised during delivery of products.
• Responsible for utilizing logistics IT systems or software to optimize procedures
• Responsible for maintaining accurate reports of all transport & clearance of shipments.
• Knowledge on BIS for products
• Process / Procedures of All customs clearance and related activities.
