Luxury Spa Front Desk Sales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven, and professional Front Desk Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests.
Position Overview
As a Front Desk Sales Associate, your main goal will be to drive revenue growth by selling memberships, spa packages, and retail products. You will be instrumental in optimizing our appointment calendar, ensuring maximum bookings, and proactively filling available time slots. Your role is key to enhancing the guest experience and ensuring a seamless, upscale environment while meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth
• Proactively promote and sell spa services, memberships, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.
• Educate guests on the benefits of our exclusive offerings, including service enhancements, spa packages, and membership options.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify guests’ needs and offer personalized solutions, aiming to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and long-term memberships.
Calendar Optimization & Appointment Management
• Actively manage the appointment calendar, ensuring maximum efficiency by filling as many time slots as possible.
• Monitor cancellations and last-minute openings, working proactively to rebook appointments and maintain a high occupancy rate throughout the day.
• Continuously analyze the calendar to identify and act upon opportunities to optimize guest bookings.
• Rebook guests for future appointments
Guest Experience & Customer Service
• Greet and check in guests warmly, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs and offering solutions that enhance their experience.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance that aligns with the luxury spa brand.
Team Collaboration & Brand Representation
• Work closely with Spa Attendants, Therapists, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Collaborate with the team to address and resolve any guest concerns or issues, escalating when necessary.
• Uphold the highest standards of service and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications & Skills
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Prior experience in spa or wellness is required.
• Detail-oriented approach to maintaining spa cleanliness and ambiance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and internal communication tools is a plus.
• This position requires bending, stooping, and moving items up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position, including standing, for up to 2 hours at a time. This position requires the ability to move throughout the space to access supplies and equipment.
