What's the job?

• Provide sound leadership to Maintenance Team as they maximize reliability of plant equipment
• Be leader of Professional Maintenance oriented improvement projects moving us from reactive at times to proactive
• Incorporate World Class Manufacturing techniques and principles into all maintenance systems
• Develop and maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program focused on reducing unplanned machine down time.
• Develop solid working relationships across all plant personnel.
• Minimal travel required.

Required Qualifications

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's degree is required in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10 years manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Complex role working with Plant Leadership Team, corporate Manufacturing Performance Team, and unionized plant employees.
