Must-Have:

• 6+ years of experience in software development - .NET technologies
• 2+ years of recent experience in a leadership role
• Experienced with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Visual Studio, and Git
• Proven expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing scalable applications using .NET technologies
• Proficiency in SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture, and containerization technologies

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field
• Any relevant .NET certification is highly preferred
