We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Managing a medium-sized client service team which is responsible for providing quality client experience on a daily basis
• Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution. Coordinate and direct the daily operation of a client service team. Resolve team issues as required
• Maintain relationships with business teams to report client trends and needs. May use knowledge of client issues to contribute to business development efforts
• Manage internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
• Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred
• 4-5 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
