ABOUT THE ROLE:

Peloton’s Finance Transformation Team is seeking a people leader to play a key role in supporting the Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Procurement teams. We are looking for someone who is hands-on and willing to challenge existing solutions and development processes, to lead the team in building out system solutions with emphasis in user experience, functionality, automation, resilience, performance and availability.

The Finance Transformation Manager will be responsible for the management and Maintenance and Expansion of Peloton’s Key P2P global systems and processes (Coupa, Kyriba, Concur, Service Channel, Banking Portals).

You will work closely with the Global Director of P2P Processes, IT teams, vendors, and individual business work streams to Prioritize, Manage and challenge existing solutions that will create efficiencies to the overall P2P process, improve data integrity and support Peloton’s evolving business at scale.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative self-starter who is eager to play a supportive role to suggest and implement automated and process solutions to existing proccees. You are a team-player who enjoys working cross-functionally with different parts of the organization, while having a solid foundational understanding of financial accounting and internal controls.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Suggests and implements improvements to the user experience for our Financial systems
  • Keeps up to date with existing industry trends and best practices to suggest solutions
  • Primary business application support partner for Peloton’s Accounting, Finance, and People organizations
  • Act as a solution architect for financial systems by identifying business requirements, as well as technical, procedural, and functional gaps, and then implementing solutions for those needs
  • Handle the overall health and operation of financial systems, including system updates, regular maintenance, and monitoring
  • Responsible for financial system architecture, administration, roles management, change management, release management, integration, monitoring, and functional support of applications such as Kyriba, Coupa, Service Channel, Concur, and Banking Partners
  • Manages and coordinates with internal teams to ensure issues are being addressed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supervise the Change Management and Release Management processes for business applications
  • Engage in lessons learned and continuous process improvement.
  • Engage with business partners regularly for requirement gathering and roadmap planning
  • Suggests and implements improvements to the user experience for our Financial systems.
  • Contributes to the creation and execution of project plans, including defining activities, sequences, dependencies, work effort, schedules, and task duration
  • Works with software vendors, system integrators and internal Peloton teams to deliver all initiatives ranging from larger enterprise implementations to smaller features/enhancements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, Treasury or Fintech implementation / support
  • Experience with Concur, Coupa, Service Channel, Netsuite or Kyriba is a plus.
  • Solid analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Creative problem solver with comfort in ambiguity
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with SOX requirements
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates appropriate prioritization and ability to meet timelines
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member
  • Experience in working with vendors in triaging, analyzing and resolving issues with Enterprise software applications.
  • Experience working with team members/partners at all levels, globally, across the organization.
  • Driven and self-motivated. Multi-tasking ability crucial to handle multiple priorities with minimal direction from management.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and provide estimations for process improvement timelines

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$154,100—$200,400 USD
