Spreetail is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who will lead all financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, planning, and optimization for our Supply Chain division. This team will support both day-to-day financial reporting and long-term/strategic projects. As our business continues to grow, strong financial acumen and leadership in this space will ensure we are correctly prioritizing our investments and providing the leadership with the visibility and insights needed to run the business. How you will achieve success:
- Operate and become known as a trusted advisor to the Supply Chain organization; work closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer, VP of Fulfillment Centers, and VP of Transportation to drive savings, find efficiencies, provide business support, and drive accountabilityÂ
- Lead outbound Allocation Optimization and modeling across all 3P partners, with close collaboration with the Supply Chain Transportation teamÂ
- Drive the budgeting/planning process, financial analysis of key business operations, and performance management for all Transportation and Fulfillment Centers; ensure the timely and accurate development of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, variance analysis, and budgetsÂ
- Create forward-looking financial models and analyses to support key future growth opportunities and strategic projectsÂ
- Lead the Supply Chain Finance Team as the company grows; lead, coach, and mentor team members in an ambiguous/dynamic environment, while also managing day-to-day activities with an eye towards continuous improvementÂ
What experiences will help you in this role:
- Experience with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and SUMPRODUCT.
- 5+ years in being a building financial models and forecast.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated significant initiative, tenacity, and leadership in prior roles.
- Previous experience in analytical roles with an emphasis on business partner supportÂ
