Your New Role...

As the Domestic FP&A Manager, you work within the OPEX COE which offers you a great opportunity to participate in the overall finance transformation roadmap setting standards for the financial processes related to Domestic DTC Marketing spend.

Your main responsibility is to ensure proactive and timely high-quality forecasting, reporting and analysis of Domestic marketing costs. You will support in decision making by providing required reporting to senior business and FP&A stakeholders. You will also oversee a group of SFAs, who will be responsible for BAU Month-end-close & Forecast activities.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Supporting FP&A in the month end close process and assisting in variance analysis for Marketing costs
  • Supervising the team of SFAs, and ensuring all deliverables are prepared on time with best quality
  • Managing the team's growth and development
  • Confirming marketing actuals tie between reporting templates and partnering with LOB team to ensure alignment
  • Performing detailed reviews of actual spend by title with finance partners, updating required consolidated files, summaries, and reports
  • Making sure required trackers are updated with US forecast data (media, non-media, proper split)
  • Attending monthly meetings with subscriber finance team to understand performance of titles and drivers of changes in KPIs (subscribers / promotions / LTV changes)
  • Summarizing key findings and providing performance insights through accurate, timely and relevant reporting to support discussions / decision making
  • Raising queries to FP&A colleagues based on analysis and insights
  • Supporting the FP&A team in performing ad hoc tasks & analysis as needed
  • Leading the S/4 implementation and system changes in the region
  • Maintaining and improving the processes supporting financial planning and analysis activities
  • Serving as point person for questions regarding BCT, Oracle, AO and other system/tools used by team

Qualifications & Experience...

  • 5+ years of working experience preferably with experience in FP&A department
  • Solid understanding of forecasting and budgeting OPEX process
  • General accounting knowledge (accruals, prepayments, costs recognition)
  • CIMA/ACCA qualified or education in progress desired
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong MS Excel (power query, power pivot) & PowerPoint skills
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Assured self-starter on relevant projects and work is a plus
  • Pro-active and hands-on

Strong IT affinity to drive required digital agenda in FP&A (EPM ie. Hyperion, SAP BPC, SAP Analysis, AO, SmartView, PeopleSoft, BI tools ie. Power BI)
