Job Description/Requirements

What Y ou'll D o :

• Participate in a variety of process reviews and documentation, operational business process analysis, risk assessment and testing of internal controls to ensure compliance with IMAX Group's policies, HKEX rules/regulations and the Sarbanes Oxley requirement
• Support the company in designing and testing processes and controls to meet their requirements under the HKEX rules/regulations
• Support the company in designing and testing processes and controls to meet their requirements under applicable legislative tax obligations
• Corresponding with external auditors and external consultants
• Assist in the co-ordination and execution of audits of the IMAX China's theatres and network theatres
• Participate in various special projects and tasks that may arise

What Y ou'll N eed :

• CPA designation
• Good understanding of PRC GAAP, IFRS and U.S. GAAP
• Solid analytical and technical skills with a minimum of 2 years working experience in Big 4, and 1 year financial/corporate internal audit experience in public companies
• Experience related to compliance requirements under the HKEX rules/regulation
• Strong computer skills and must be fully proficient in Excel
• Strong oral and written communication in English
• Experience and knowledge with SAP and AuditBoard is an asset
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with very little management supervision
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Motivated, ability to multi-task
• Team player, able to interact professionally with members of the organization within and outside of the Finance group
• Ability to follow up and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
