Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design and develop software solutions from inception to production. Solve business problems with innovation conforming to engineering best practices. Perform Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, developing or enhancing software application modules, and monitoring application performance. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Perform code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. Engage in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions. Partner with production support team to triage production incidents, resolve incident and create root cause analysis with action items.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 7 years (84 months) of experience in the job offered or as a Manager of Software Engineering, Software Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as a Manager of Software Engineering, Software Engineer, or related occupation.

Full-Time. Salary: $235,000 - $260,000 per year.
