The Difference You Will Make:

This role  will drive strategy and execute initiatives and programs of strategic importance for the Hosting team in ACC. They will focus on big transformational initiatives and operational excellence keeping into consideration the evolving priorities for Hosting. They will work with internal stakeholders across the company to initiate, shape and deliver initiatives of critical importance.

This role requires excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, strategic depth and ability to independently identify and implement opportunities of impact.

A Typical Day:

You will be responsible for driving performance improvement initiatives across different projects and programs within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to enhance overall performance and achieve optimal results.

• Contribute to the long-term strategy and vision for the team and manage strategic transformation programs
• Conduct thorough analysis of key metrics, performance data, and processes to identify root causes and develop actionable insights.
• Shape and implement initiatives/ programs to achieve our strategic priorities
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans, initiatives, and methodologies to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
• Monitor and track the progress of performance improvement initiatives, ensuring timely execution and implementation
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in performance optimization and recommend innovative approaches to enhance performance.
• Foster a culture of performance excellence by promoting a data-driven and results-oriented mindset across the organization

Your Expertise:

• 10+ years of owning end to end business outcomes, identifying data backed improvement opportunities and implementing transformational changes
• 4 Plus Years of Experience in Engagement, Project or Program Management
• Experience in working with xFn partners collaboratively, specially product and engineering. Experience in tooling and systems enhancement is preferred. 
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects with limited oversight
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and push work forward in an ambiguous environment with changing priorities
• Experienced in presenting/facilitating meetings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (including leadership)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in defining and analyzing KPIs
