Job Summary

Manager, People Analytics & Reporting will partner with colleagues from across Human Resources and the Business to provide evidence-based insights on the people and organizational aspects of Otsuka business. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental technical background, project management skills, analytical skills and experience working with HR data. Expertise in data management, metrics, reporting, statistical analysis, data visualization and storytelling are all critical for success in this role. This is an individual contributor role.

Job Description

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Deliver actionable results through your combination of business skills, analytical skills, and understanding of HR data.
  • Distill complex analytical results into presentable, digestible, and actionable recommendations and insights for HR teams.
  • Work closely with HR CoE's and the Business to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Act as an internal consultant by scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with other members of the People Analytics team.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement improved data quality and processes in partnership with the HRIS Team.
  • Partner with the HRIS system owners and other management teams to develop and implement Data Governance through partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Deliver actionable insights through the application of descriptive and predictive analytics.
  • Generate insights and analysis to share with HR CoE's and Senior Leadership on key focus areas such as engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Translate data and insights into meaningful visualizations, presentations, and stories to drive strategy, action, and decision-making at executive levels, with HR CoE's and Business Leaders.
  • Manage and collaborate in the survey design/development, program measurement, performance measurement and feedback mechanisms process.

Qualifications- Knowledge/ Experience and Skills:

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Analytics.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with various reporting tools like Power BI/Tableau etc.
  • Proven ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problems.
  • Experience with of survey design/development, program measurement, performance measurement and feedback mechanisms.
  • Experience with survey design/development, program measurement, performance measurement and feedback mechanisms process.
  • Fundamental process knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Experience with Viser People Analytics tool.
  • Experience working with Workday.

Preferred

  • Strong business and analytical thinking, as well as hands-on execution skills are required.
  • Knowledge of statistical methodologies
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving, analytical, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrates Learning Agility.
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
