What you'll do
- Help define the strategy and drive adoption and utilization of the Seismic platform by Sales and Marketing organizations across 16 countries.
- The Manager, Sales Enablement Tools Content plays a pivotal role in helping to streamline and shorten the sales cycle. In this role, you will partner with Marketing, Sales and Technology to deliver on-brand content at the right time across the buyer's journey by helping to manage our sales enablement technology platform (Seismic) and other communication and training solutions. You will work from our Salt Lake City office M-W and are eligible to work remotely Th-F of each week.
- Build and manage reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights and key metrics to Sales and Marketing leaders on both an ad hoc and recurring basis. Demonstrate the ability to create custom dashboards around key campaigns and initiatives.
- Create, maintain and manage all governance requirements and ensure compliance across all contributors.
- Develop training such as user guides/videos and best practice documentation to educate end users and content owners on the Seismic platform.

How you'll do it
- You will work with the Sales Training Enablement Team to manage and maintain the Seismic Sales Enablement hub.
- You will create and maintain SmartPages, LiveDocs, microsite assets, sales proposal and pricing documentation and other key sales enablement assets.
- You will work with sales leadership and other internal teams to identify training, communication, information, and process/procedural needs for the sales team.
- You will collaborate with subject matter experts to understand processes and information needed for training and continuous sales enablement.
- You will develop engaging and effective learning solutions by translating subject matter expert knowledge into content that is easy to understand and consumable by our sales team.
- You will occasional facilitate virtual and in-person classrooms, workshops, breakout sessions, webcasts, and presentations as needed.
- You will create instructional videos, practice exercises, presentations, and other training aids.
- You will work within our team to review, edit, and provide feedback on work.
Job Requirements
What you'll need to know
- You will be able to hit the ground running if you have 2+ years maintaining a CMS platform or asset library for multiple sales teams channels.
- You will need a basic understanding of content management (experience with sales enablement or training content management platforms is preferred. Database experience is also a plus).
- You will need an understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and communication.
- You will need experience working in B2B or SaaS sales and/or in a training and development role.
- You will need to know or be able to quickly learn how to use Seismic, PowerPoint, Bridge by Instructure, and various other presentation, content creation and LMS authoring tools.
- You will need to be able to manage and prioritize work, and to actively and regularly communicate updates and make adjustments on the fly.
- You will need to know how to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization -- from new hires to the C-suite.
- Experience with either sales or marketing domains is strongly preferred.
