Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Sales Plan, developing customer network, building & managing relationship with Channel Partners, ensuring Collections & ensure achievement of Sales Targets for AP Geo Sales territory for the allotted segment Industry/Infra/Buildings/EU/PnB/Contractors
1. Sales Planning: Prepare Sales Plan for Allocated Targets • Defining Customers in the market and predicting their requirements • Allocating targets by customers and activities . Preparing month wise target plan
2. Achieving Sales Targets: • Regularly monitor sales / custom wise performance against Targets. Maintain forecast accuracy for OB & Sales month on month.
3. Drive ONE Schneider approach, Innovative offers and Ecostruxure solutions and saturate Partners.

4.Collections for Direct Customers and Partners. Manage Partners in the territory, Drive distributor commercial plan, SD targets and MDF events.
5. Customer Management: • Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan • Conduct regular meetings with OEM,EU, Contractors and Panel Builders to maintain relationship, resolve issues and motivate them to buy SEI Products • Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network
6. Promotional Activities: • Organize Contractor Meet /OEM/ Panel Builder Meet / Plant Visits / Technical Training / Factory visits , etc., for customers / consultants • Ensure direct execution of Promotion Schemes designed by Marketing Team.
Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile:
• B.E. Electrical/Electronics with 5+ years of experience in Electrical and Automation Industry preferably in Key Segment like End Users is essential.
• Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player. Adaptability-Create/ share/ adapt good practices, open to feedback, dealing with complexity & ambiguity • Assertiveness • Collaborative and Result Oriented.
