Job Description

Skills required

1. 3-5 years Experience with Manhattan WMS Application (WMoS/Active WM).
2. Techno-Functional knowledge on Manhattan Warehouse management System with good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
3. Experience in analyzing customer needs and requirements.
4. Work experience in writing queries with relational databases such as Oracle or similar.
5. Maintaining quality project and software testing, documentation and analysis.
6. Good understanding of the product functionalities, configurations.
7. Good Communication skill and good team player.

Responsibilities:

1. Analysis and estimation based on business requirements.
2. Root cause analysis of issues reported in the Manhattan WMS solution.
3. WMS Implementation, configuration, testing and support
4. Documentation of process flows and suggestion of improvements.
5. Communicate timelines and status effectively.
6. Should be able to design and execute test cases for the solutions. Providing Status Reports and ensuring all required documentation are kept up to date.
7. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and mentoring junior colleagues to ensure their professional growth.
8. Actively contribute to international projects, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to accommodate varying time zones and project requirements.
