Job Description
1. Introduction (Background of the Strategy)
- As US is one of the crucial member base locations, we are planning to extend our QA activities with the agenda to ensure validations on the new releases, existing features regression, ongoing releases dev, stage, prod validations.
- This would ensure validations as close as possible to the members environment.
- In future, we would extend the team accordingly based on the respective strategies/locations
2. Key Stakeholders
- Board Members - and relevant PM colleagues: Karoly Papp and Ivett Cigli.
- Product Managers – and relevant PM colleagues: PZS and Niki (with more to be included as per product).
- Product Tech Managers: Doki and Kolos (additional members to be included as needed).
3. Testing Levels

Functional System Testing
- Pre-Release validations: Performing the validations of the major ongoing releases with Feature Flag/Staging/Prod validations (once pre-release has been sent) according to the UX principles.
Strategy:

- Colleagues from different locations to perform the functional testing based on the pre-release info on Pre-Prod and Prod Environments.
- This should include Happy Path, Negative scenarios, Edge cases, Exploratory testing as per the best QA practices & UX principles.
- Issues found during the validations should be recorded to the corresponding Jira project (to be confirmed).

- Supported Browsers and Platforms for QA Activities.
- Mobile internet LTE, fiber and DSL through WiFi (based on the release)

Reporting:

- After the validations, summary email with the Issues / Observations should be circulated to the relevant product team.
- Detailed Summary email for the release with Issues found should be shared with the management.
- If there are no bugs found with the validations, "GREEN" status email would be shared.
- If there are Red Bugs found with the validations, "RED" status email would be sharedÂ

System Acceptance Testing

Post-Release validations:Â Performing the validations of the major releases once the Feature flag has been removed/release is done to Prod to validate the acceptance of the release (Ref:Â Released info)

- Issues found during the validations should be recorded to the corresponding Jira project (to be confirmed).

- Detailed Summary email for the release with Issues found should be shared with the management.
- If there are no bugs found with the validations, "GREEN" status email would be shared.
- If there are Red Bugs found with the validations, "RED" status email would be sharedÂ

Regression Testing on the existing features
Strategy:

- Performing the validations on the existing features of the site to be sure that all the Happy Path, negative scenario are running as per the UX principles.
- Colleagues to be provided with a list of features that's impacted with the release during the evening hours (Eg: release of a new version of applet)
- Using the end user environment for the network, device to stay as close as possible with the real members situation - QA colleagues to validate that main happy path flows are working as expected.

- On daily basis, after the validations - detailed summary email should be sent to the management with the results.
- Issues found during the validations should be shared with the respective product teams / management to prioritize them accordingly.

Non-Functional System Testing
- NFR validations: Performing Non-functional system Testing on the site with the below scope.
Strategy:

- Measuring the site Performance with Manual Testing to see the site performance with real time user environment (LTE, Laptop, iPhone etc.).
- Measuring site performance of Crucial Pages of the site, loading of stream, loading of Crucial Features on the site by using tools like JMeter, load runner from different locations to check the load testing.
- Issues found during the validations should be recorded as NFR bugs to the Jira project.

4. Product Scope
- Below are the main products to be considered on daily basis.
- LiveJasmin.com
- Sex.com
- Spankbang.com
- Loyalfans.com
5. Defect Management
- Issue being found during the validations would be created in Jira (project to be confirmed) at each testing level.
- Corresponding Video Evidence are mandatory to be attached for every ticket/report with preferable subtitles/commentary.Â
- Respective Dashboards would be created to track the open/in progress issues of the project.
6. Project Roadmap
QAÂ Colleagues onboarding (1-3months):Â
Long Term Plan:

- 3 QA colleagues to be hired from 3 locations - West Coast, Mid US, and East Coast for the long term plan.
- QA colleagues to be provided with the necessary hardware/software equipment:
- Win/Mac Desktop.
- iOS Device.
- AN Device
- iPad DeviceÂ
Quick Setup:
-
- To check with 3rd party agencies to onboard the colleagues for the initial time period till we hire permanent employees (eg: TestArmy)
QA Colleagues Training (1-2 weeks after onboarding):
-
- Product Training of each platform should be conducted to get the onboarding of the new colleagues.
- Introductory session should be conducted to each product team / management to know the history/background of the product.
- Introductory session to the QA tools/practices in the company.
- Installation of the necessary tools/licenses with BO help to facilitate the day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Experience in QA/AQA area with Development background is preferred.
