The GE Aerospace facility in Madisonville, KY produces a mix of more than 800 unique High Pressure Turbine Blades and Nozzles in support of 37 aircraft engine programs.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high floor presence with CNC machines
  • In charge of technical plans for hardware machining and flow
  • Engage in Lean events
  • Gain knowledge of processes thru identifiable trainings pertaining to subject matter expertise
  • Execute policy/strategy
  • Integrate with other teams and contribute to the area
  • Resolve issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
  • Consult more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing experience)

The base pay range for this position is $75,500 - $94,300. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on January 24, 2025.
