Manufacturing Project Manager

Your Mission: Lead manufacturing projects from start to finish, ensuring every step is executed on time, within budget, and with the precision we’re known for. You'll coordinate between cross-functional teams, manage resources, and solve problems before they even have a chance to arise. You won’t just be checking boxes; you’ll be making an impact, driving innovation, and delivering the kind of results we all care about.Primary Duties & Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It): • Leading lean manufacturing projects for cost reduction, boost productivity, cut waste, and enhance process efficiency across procurement and supply chain • Collaborating with engineering, operations, and quality teams to uncover bottlenecks and find innovative solutions • Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams to align supply chain processes with production goals • Lead procurement and supply chain projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies • Use data-driven insights to track performance, identify trends, and make informed supply chain decisions • Oversee and improve supply chain operations, ensuring materials are sourced, stocked, and delivered efficiently to meet production demands • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost savings, quality, and supplier performance • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and mitigate supply chain risks to prevent production delays • Fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and relentless improvementQualifications & Required Skills: What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of Experience as a Project Manager in Cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork industries required • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
