Summary


This position is located at US Mint,Mint/HQ/Dir/Sales and Marketing Directorate. As a Market Research Specialist, you will be completing complex work. Responsibility include market research planning; overseeing the execution of market research conducted by contractors; managing the United States Mint customer satisfaction measurement program, accountable for developing and managing the market research budget for SAM and project manager for the largest market research contracts.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year and indicate number of hours worked per week on your resume.

Specialized experience for the GS-14 is defined as one year of experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent, that is directly related to the position, and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:

Preparing market research plans; AND

Designing, coordinating quantitative market research studies and analyzing the study findings; AND

Developing and presenting research reports of findings for staff and management.
