Summary
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns across various channels. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful results.
Essential Functions
- Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with business goals and target audience demographics.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to content creation, design briefs, email marketing, social media, advertising, events and other promotional activities.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creator to develop compelling and targeted content for campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Channel Management: Manage various marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing platforms, advertising networks and other relevant channels to optimize campaign performance.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Additional Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results within budgetary constraints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product, sales, design, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and best practices for campaign optimization.
- Testing and Experimentation: Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign elements such as messaging, creative assets, targeting and timing.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. (Master's degree is a plus.)
- Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing campaign management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning and messaging.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
- A passion for staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing campaign management.
