Marketing Communications Intern

Overview

We are seeking a marketing intern focused on supporting internal communications and corporate social responsibility(CSR) initiatives. The role combines content creation, program coordination, and impact measurement. Intern will assist with employee engagement, sustainability reporting, and CSR programs while developing skills incorporate communications and social impact measurement

Responsibilities

• Create and manage internal communications including employee newsletters, intranet content, and company announcements while tracking engagement metrics
• Support CSR program implementation by documenting initiatives, coordinating volunteer activities, and maintaining sustainability reporting
• Draft compelling content for internal and external audiences highlighting company's social impact, sustainability efforts, and employee engagement
• Assist with employee engagement events and programs, including coordination, communication, and participation tracking
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for CSR metrics, employee participation, and program impact while creating regular progress reports

Qualifications

Required Hard Skills:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Writing/Content Creation - Strong proficiency
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate proficiency
  • Basic Analytics Tools - Basic understanding

  • Project Management Tools - Basic understanding
