• HTML transactional templates creation/testing/support
• Email deliverability report creation and support
• SMS 3rd party provider integration, testing
• SMS deliverability rates monitoring / report creation and issues investigation
• CRM communication channels maintenance
• CRM communication channels integration

• Email communication channel setup experience
• Marketing communication channels integration and maintenance experience
