As the Marketing Content Strategy & Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and executing comprehensive and effective content for integrated marketing campaigns that align with our brand objectives and drive business growth. You will contribute to a talented team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and cohesive brand experience across all channels. This role requires someone who is organized and a team player who can inspire and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This person will work closely with the brand development teams, merchants, and internal production studio to oversee the entire content planning, development, and brand activation process (e.g., digital content, VM/ stores, wholesale, trade mktg, 3P, and licensor run activations to ensure there is sufficient and quality campaign content). This position requires an organized team player with a start-up "go-getter" mentality, and the ability to partner with both internal and external cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Global Marketing Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze content trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
- Contribute to informative presentations on channel activation plans and brand marketing strategy to support growth.
- Operations:
- Responsible for building and updating seasonal Go-To-Market tools.
- Manage all projects for all portfolio brands.
- Organize all production tools, details, and timelines.
- NAM, APAC, EMEA Campaign Development and Activation:
- Partner with regional team leads and global marketing leadership to align on content strategy and development for 360° marketing campaigns.
- Identify and provide solutions for unique content needs due to regional differences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with global brand marketing team members on marketing plans and activations to develop successful content plans.
- Work closely with internal production teams to ensure all content is produced and delivered on-time.
- Team Player:
- Maintain close relationships with brand marketing team members to work together towards common goals.
- Demonstrate a passion for marketing and a commitment to excellence.
- Scope of Role (details):
- Assigned Portfolio brands (Michael Kors, Diesel, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, DKNY)
- Global marketing content strategy and operations

Your Skills
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, campaign planning, and content development.
- 1+ years in marketing roles within fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to influence decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Adaptability, willingness to take calculated risks, and navigate ambiguity.
- Capacity to draw conclusions from relevant data for decision-making.
