Job Summary 

Are you a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with a focus on achieving results and a genuine passion for digital content and engaging audiences? In this position, you'll lead the charge in managing our blog, podcasts, webinars, and content development, playing a key role in fostering organic growth and leaving a substantial imprint on our brand's online visibility.

Responsibilities

Blog / Site Management

  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule for Breakthrough’s blog.
  • Drive organic traffic growth for the Breakthrough site and blog.
  • Create and curate high-quality, relevant, and shareable content, including articles, 1st-party studies, and webinar/podcast recaps.
  • Monitor website analytics to track user behavior, engagement, and conversion.

Podcast Program

  • Conduct research and interview preparation for high-quality episodes
  • Manage recording sessions, post-production, and distribution of podcast episodes.
  • Maintain an organized asset library for easy team access.

Webinar Program

  • Own the logistics of Breakthrough’s webinar program.
  • Coordinate logistics, including promotional materials, attendee registration, and speakers.
  • Execute live webinars, manage Q&A, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Analyze webinar performance through attendee qualitative feedback and quantitative registration and attendance numbers.

Content Development

  • Create engaging content to support Breakthrough’s marketing program, including checklists, guides, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with design to create launch-ready assets.
  • Manage the asset library for easy team access.

Requirements

Marketing

  • Must have a passion for marketing and a strong desire for continued development
  • A baseline knowledge of SEO best practices with a hunger to learn more.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze performance metrics to drive traffic growth.
  • A strong writer with the ability to create compelling and persuasive written content.
  • An understanding of content marketing fundamentals and some experience with a podcast or webinar program. 

Process Management

  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
  • The ability to simplify complex processes and maximize resource efficiency.
  • Achieve objectives across various projects and campaigns.

Creative Thinking:

  • Generate innovative ideas and solutions to overcome challenges.
  • The ability to think outside the box to come up with creative solutions.
