The Marketing Coordinator Is accountable for executing marketing programs and campaigns directly or jointly with channel or technology partners and our global trams. This individual ensures consistent branding and messaging. By closely and regularly working with sales and partners in the field, the individual will be responsible for end-to-end implementation including demonstrating a clear ROI and contribution to business success measured in leads, opportunity pipeline and closed-loop reporting. Developing and working our regional marketing plan according to business priorities. This individual will act as an integral part of the local marketing and sales team and global Marketing.

Marketing Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop the marketing strategy in coordination with local business unit and global product centers (including advertising plan, events plan and schedule).
  • Lead trade show and event coordination and implementation (Includes travel and onsite coordination of relevant events).
  • Help to ensure that local business is involved in the most market relevant events and activities by continual evaluation of the marketing activities of key competitors.
  • Maximize social media presence via routine flow and sharing of information in line with TRUMPF branding and industry strategies.
  • Coordinate with local business unit and global product center marketing teams.
  • Coordinate and implement all in house events.
  • Assist with PR activities including press releases, press kits, article coordination, etc. executed by the PR& Media Representative.
  • Coordinate all advertising and digital marketing. Work with Product and Industry Management to determine messaging, write copy and headlines, and work with designer to ensure layout is in accordance with corporate standards.
  • Create direct mail and promotions materials in print and digital format.
  • responsible for lobby/lab videos and displays, and all other areas that customers are exposed to including routine relevant updates.
  • Management of portable displays, sample parts, giveaways, marketing items, etc.
  • Proactive oversight of marketing activities.

Travel

  • Routine travel to TRUMPF, Inc facilities and coordination of shared services and events.
  • 30% travel requirement

Education & Experience

  • Marketing experience, preferably in an industrial business.
  • BA or BS degree required in a relevant subject.
  • Proficient in project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Required experience in Adobe creative suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
