About This Role
Crexi is looking for a Marketing CRM Associate to join our growing team to help develop our campaigns that reach to our customers through email, SMS, in-app and web push notifications. This role will also help develop marketing pages on our Headless CMS. You will work alongside the entire marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to reach team and company goals.
Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel (email, push, in-app, SMS) automated and batched campaigns in our marketing automation platforms.
• Develop and maintain Crexi's Headless CMS and create pages quickly for A/B testing to aid User Acquisition efforts
• Work closely with all members of the Marketing team to bring campaigns to life by being hands on with all facets of campaign production including, but not limited to, creative, coding, segmentation, A/B testing, QA, and reporting/analysis.
• Ensure all emails render across all inboxes correctly
• Use metrics to analyze and continuously improve our user experience
• Regularly present your work to senior leaders for review and feedback

Who You Are

• 1-2+ years working with a Marketing ESP, Iterable preferred but not mandatory
• Strong Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Detail Oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience with a Headless CMS platform, Builder.io a plus but not mandatory

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $77,000 to $93,000 . The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc ("Crexi") is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
