The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing and census development strategies for the Skilled Nursing Facility. This role builds and maintains relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners to drive admissions and ensure the facility maintains optimal occupancy with an appropriate case mix. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy rates in the skilled nursing facility. • Identify, build, and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, home health agencies, and other community referral sources. • Manage the admissions pipeline and follow up on leads, referrals, and tours to convert inquiries into admissions. • Serve as liaison between referral sources, families, and facility staff to ensure a smooth admission process. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the healthcare marketplace. • Collaborate with leadership to develop annual marketing and census goals. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local healthcare developments to adapt strategies. • Plan and execute community outreach programs and events to raise awareness about our services. • Collaborate with the management team to design promotional materials and content for various platforms. • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain the facility's positive public image.
