Job Overview Xthings is seeking an experienced and execution-driven Marketing Director to lead our U.S. brand and marketing operations. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling our brand presence in the U.S. market, driving product launch success, and delivering impactful customer-facing assets and campaigns. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy with execution. Responsibilities · Brand Leadership: Build and strengthen the Xthings brand in the U.S., ensuring emotional resonance, customer loyalty, and market relevance. · Strategic Planning: Develop and execute brand architecture, marketing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new products and services. · Messaging & Positioning: Define customer personas, craft compelling messaging, and position products effectively across multiple channels. · Content & Campaign Management: Lead and create impactful marketing campaigns—including digital ads, emails, videos, social media, and PR stories—that deliver measurable results. · Channel Enablement: Support expansion into retail and distribution by creating pitch decks, packaging, merchandising, and partner marketing materials. · Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, content strategy, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media. Set KPIs and optimize for performance. · Creative Oversight: Direct the creation of marketing assets (website, videos, trade show booths, sales enablement collateral, case studies). · Team Leadership: Scale and manage the U.S. marketing team; collaborate with China-based resources for content production and asset localization. · Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive research and customer insight analysis to inform marketing decisions. · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, BD, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution across functions. Qualifications · Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Director or equivalent. · Demonstrated success in building and executing integrated marketing plans. · Strong copy writing skills with a portfolio of effective campaigns. · Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, content marketing, paid media, social platforms). · Experience in sales or advertising sales is a strong plus. · Exceptional data literacy: able to analyze metrics and optimize based on insights. · Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to work cross-culturally and remotely with teams across the U.S. and China. · Comfortable working with international teams (China/U.S. time zones) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday to Friday Experience: • Marketing: 5 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Fremont, CA 94538 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Fremont, CA 94538: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
