We are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing initiatives, managing projects and campaigns and driving execution through the internal team or external vendors.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a disruptive technology company at the forefront of the blockchain industry.

Responsibilities

• Research the product or subject of your campaigns, the intended audience, and become extremely familiar with the web3 landscape in which we operate.
• Brainstorm and come up with creative concepts for marketing initiatives and campaigns that satisfy business needs with an aim to move the needle, deliver results and hit objectives.
• Develop thorough marketing plans and effectively present or pitch your campaigns to stakeholders for approval.
• Plan and budget your campaigns, manage resources to be cost effective, and deliver high ROI.
• Write effective creative briefs, to delegate execution to the internal creative team or external vendors.
• Manage the creative team’s execution, ensuring the final assets adhere to the marketing plan and expected vision.
• Deliver and launch your campaign or initiative, promoting and championing your campaign.
• Track metrics and analyze results; producing a post-mortem analysis.

The ideal candidate has:

• Superior communication skills, includes writing, listening, speaking.
• 3-5 years experience in managing marketing campaigns and initiatives in a similar role.
• Able to manage complex projects with many moving parts, milestones and deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of Web3 and blockchain culture, tech, audiences, and applications.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media marketing, digital advertising, and the blockchain industry.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, able to deliver error-free, world-class results.
• Takes initiative and responsibility for driving and completing projects.
• Exhibits management and leadership qualities, providing guidance to junior teammates.
