As a Marketing Manager with our award-winning team at Collective Insights, you will play a key role in planning and executing some of the most important Marketing Initiatives and projects. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager with a strong connection to the Revenue Operations department.
WHAT WILL MY RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
- Demand Generation: Lead the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth
- Foster collaboration with the marketing and revenue operations team to conceptualize and produce impactful content across diverse channels such as social media, blogs, and the website
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze industry trends, leveraging insights to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies
- Spearhead the coordination and organization of high-profile events, webinars, and other promotional activities
- Social media management to elevate and strengthen our online presence
- Contribute significantly to the development of sophisticated marketing collateral and presentations
- Take a lead role in ensuring the accuracy and relevance of content on the company website, actively supporting its maintenance
- Marketing Stack Management: Manage and optimize the use of marketing technology tools and platforms to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
WHAT EXPERIENCE SHOULD I HAVE?
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, with additional certifications or advanced degrees considered a plus
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective demand generation campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive hands-on experience in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Proficient in utilizing HubSpot and NetSuite, demonstrating the ability to leverage these platforms for marketing automation, CRM, and analytics purposes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools is a plus
- A background in technology consulting marketing is a strong advantage, bringing valuable insights and perspectives to the role
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn
