Job Description
Hearst Newspapers is seeking to engage an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to support the Digital Marketing Operations team. In this role, you'll be primarily responsible for assisting in the production and deployment of onsite units for Hearst Newspapers using your working knowledge of Ad Operations-like tools and processes.
What You'll Do:
- Working with the Onsite Operations Sr. Manager, assist in the configuration and production of onsite campaigns utilizing Blueconic which includes setting up business rules, scheduling, and monitoring campaigns
- Simultaneously manage multiple, high-volume onsite projects through a multi-week testing and deployment cycle
- Collaborate with internal partners to gather requirements and communicate relevant project details to deploy successful campaigns
- Deliver quality work by adhering to testing procedures and quality checkpoints throughout your process
- Work in conjunction with Campaign Managers and Engineering to execute and monitor all onsite assets
- Configure and deliver onsite campaign reports for internal customers as needed
- Report to Sr. Manager, On-Site Operations
- At least 2-3 years working in a marketing operations role
- Ad-operations like experience in setting up campaigns
- Working knowledge of CDPs and Ad platforms
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a high volume of work to support marketing efforts
- Comfortable editing HTML, JS & CSS
- Process & workflow management experience
- Proven ability working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal business partners to deliver high-quality results.
- Self-starter that can work independently with little oversight and is adaptable to changing priorities
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Familiar with Blueconic and working with Lifecycles is a plus
