Job Description

Join our dynamic marketing team through Aramark for Catamount Dining, where you'll engage directly with students through interactive tables, assist in exciting giveaways, and contribute creatively to our social media presence. This role offers hands-on experience in graphic design, event setup, and campus engagement, perfect for those looking to build real-world marketing skills at your institution. Applicants must be current students at Western Carolina University.

Job Responsibilities

Hours per week: 10
Applicants with a flexible schedule are preferred!

General Expectations:

• Utilize the tools and technology available to engage with peers about meal plans
• Knowledgeable about Meal Plans and overall Catamount Dining Program
• Communicating and educating new students and parents about the Catamount Dining Program
• Prepare and execute tabling events following campus themes and current promotions
• Adhere to all policies/ procedures
• Autonomous work environment
• Office administration tasks
• Able to prioritize and carry out work tasks

• Self-Starter

• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
• Detail oriented
• Photography and Video experience
• Adobe Creative Cloud for social media and video editing
• Canva proficiency for graphic design
