We are seeking an expert, collaborative project manager to help us create more impact!

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a direct report to our CMO, you will play a key role with senior marketing leaders to provide overall expertise, support, and enablement for a broad range of projects and programs across our diverse Marketing team disciplines including:

• Leading the development of program/project management best practices in collaboration with other project management specialists across the department
• Performing non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery
• Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects
• Coordinating cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget
• Planning for and mitigating risk, anticipating potential resource needs, and roadblocks
• Enabling and organizing resources to realize greater impact and efficiencies with cross-functional teams including: Creative, Marketing Communications Digital Demand Gen, Sales, Product Marketing, Product, etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Three+ years of proven hands-on marketing project management experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in a software-based project management role strongly preferred.(Experience with project management software such as JIRA, Asana, etc)
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Hybrid Work Schedule-Monday thru Wednesday in office, Thursday Friday from home.
