This role combines customer-facing retail sales with professional coaching and brand strategy execution.
About the Role:
As aMarketing & Sales Assistant, you’ll work under the direct guidance of a Corporate Trainer to master your client’s local territory, product knowledge, and sales approach. You’ll engage customers in-store, drive product awareness, and be responsible for executing proven sales scripts that convert interest into loyal customers.
This is a field-based retail sales position with scheduled in-office training and product briefings.Local travel is required, so a reliable vehicle is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sales strategies and product presentations inside retail partner locations
• Use approved sales scripts and rebuttals to guide customer conversations
• Build strong customer relationships that increase client retention and repeat business
• Participate in team sales meetings, product updates, and coaching sessions
• Support the Corporate Trainer with territory performance, compliance standards, and reporting
• Maintain knowledge of all client products, services, and promotional campaigns
• Travel locally within Houston, TX and nearby areas to retail locations
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing preferred (not required)
• Full-time availability including some weekend shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (local travel is required)
• Highly coachable and performance-driven with a desire to grow
Compensation & Schedule:
• $50,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience and performance
• Weekly in-office sales meetings, daily retail hours (approx. 40–42 hours per week)

Pay: $49,432.00 - $52,314.00 per year
