What you'll do:
- Create and optimize organic and paid campaigns.
- Manage the production of marketing assets for marketing campaigns, for example, digital assets and creative execution.
- Craft landing pages for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs, working with our content management system (CMS)
- Write best-in-class email marketing messages, social media copy, video scripts
- Use HubSpot to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers
- Work seamlessly with the team to ensure effective and positive collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in tech marketing
- Experience managing full life cycle Marketing campaigns, from initial discovery through to delivery and reporting
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications: you are a stickler for correct spelling, grammar, and citations
- Experienced HubSpot user, proficient in its marketing automation features
- Strong understanding of marketing through the various phases of the sales funnel
- Proficiency in Canva
- Basic graphic design skills
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Basic front end web development experience (light HTML/CSS customization)
- Real estate knowledge/experience a plus
- Experience with SEO publishing best practices and web traffic metrics
