We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Paris.
Reporting directly to the Sr Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Professional Services and other internal stakeholders to generate leads, build brand awareness, assist sales to advance prospects through the pipeline, up-sell and cross-sell existing clients, oversee own and 3rd party events and online marketing efforts.
Moreover, you will take responsibility for translating the corporate strategy into an operational marketing plan focusing on demand generation while increasing profitability and productivity. Bringing in your strong strategy and B2B marketing experience, you will help make the BOARD business more innovative and make it easy to penetrate a market.
If you take the challenge you will be responsible for:
- Generating and supporting the sales pipeline through lead generation, with a strong focus on data quality, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Driving operational B2B and channel marketing opportunities and campaigns for France, and developing relationships with partners and customers shareholders.
- Leading a broad spectrum of activities, including ABM groups through the customer journey funnel TOFU, MOFU, BOFU and co-joint marketing campaigns with partners.
- Helping with content localization from the marketing collateral team.
- Managing email marketing campaigns and developing operational marketing strategies based on market and competitor insights, in close cooperation with sales and corporate marketing.
- Delivering exceptional attendee experiences during events and supporting the entire event lifecycle, from planning to execution. Promoting events through various channels to maximize engagement and attendance.
- Maintaining the CRM system for data documentation and data acquisition from customer communication and sales activities.
What we are looking for:
- B.Sc or M.Sc in marketing
- Proven B2B marketing experience and a clear understanding of the latest B2B marketing techniques (lead nurturing, inbound marketing, marketing automation, etc.)
- Well versed in multi-channel campaign management across digital and offline channels (print, DM, email, social, telesales, sales, websites, SEM, SEO, tradeshows, events etc.)
- Strong energy, communication and cooperation skills to build a network within BOARD worldwide
- Ability to operate professionally and effectively at all levels and comfortable working in a matrix organization
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible approach and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in Salesforce.com and marketing automation (Marketo) preferred
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
