Position Overview

As a Marketing Technology Product Owner for Marketing Performance Measurement (MPM) and Campaign Management, you will create measurement solutions for Worldwide Marketing at Autodesk.

In this role, you'll be a critical part of a high-profile, long-term global initiative, working with the latest marketing technologies. Your role is to set the standards for marketing teams and streamline the way they work. You will bring deep knowledge and understanding of consumer dynamics, business operations and campaign management in this job. You will have direct experience as a technical marketing professional, designing impactful campaigns for SaaS solutions in a B2B space in your prior role(s).

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end solutioning. You will work with business and technical teams to drive the strategy for, and rolling out, a next-generation marketing performance management platform at true enterprise scale. You'll work with a high-visibility, top-notch team of pros across multiple and with our strategic partners to define, deliver, and streamline global standards for transformative marketing at Autodesk.

Note: The position can be made remote, in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Make complex marketing technology initiatives real, end-to-end, with a cross-organization virtual team
  • Be highly cooperative and confident in driving from conception to global execution to support global strategy
  • Build, test, and launch marketing technology solution and capabilities that are based on industry best practices
  • Consult about complex usage of the marketing automation platform tech stack
  • Support the global rollout and daily operations for Autodesk's MPM platform, including training, testing, troubleshooting, and support
  • Operational and Enablement lead for all geo marketing operations & field marketers on all matters pertaining to campaign management and Plan/Spend tool and future initiatives
  • Document key platform tech stack processes and procedures as they develop and evolve
  • Participate in team triage and planning sessions
  • Help to ramp up, train, support, and mentor marketing technologists around the company
  • Stay up to date on trends and technology in the technical marketing landscape


Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working with MPM solutions like Allocadia, Hive9, Anaplan, etc.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platform like Marketo
  • Experience in Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience in a B2B marketing role focused on running marketing campaigns and demand generation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion to improve process, streamline technology, and improve performance
  • Demonstrated skills in platform solutioning and creative solution design
  • Strong Product Management and organization skills
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in computer science, marketing, or a related field

Vous collaborerez avec les equipes techniques et commerciales pour mener la strategie et mettre en place une plateforme de gestion des performances marketing a l'echelle de l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez de concert avec une equipe de professionnels de haut rang beneficiant d'une grande renommee ainsi qu'avec nos partenaires strategiques pour definir, fournir et optimiser des normes mondiales en matière d'innovations marketing chez Autodesk.

Responsabilites
  • Permettre aux initiatives complexes en matière de technologie marketing de voir le jour de bout en bout avec une equipe a distance inter-entreprise
  • Soutenir la strategie mondiale en privilegiant la cooperation et en assurant la gestion avec confiance, de la conception a la mise en place mondiale
  • Concevoir, tester et lancer les solutions et les capacites de technologie marketing reposant sur les normes en vigueur dans notre secteur d'activites
  • Apporter votre consultance sur l'utilisation complexe des technologies en matière de plateforme d'automatisation marketing
  • Soutenir la mise en place mondiale et les operations quotidiennes pour la plateforme MPM d'Autodesk, notamment la formation, le test, le depannage et l'assistance
  • Devenir responsable des operations et de la mise en œuvre pour l'ensemble des operations de geomarketing et des specialistes du marketing pour toutes les questions relatives a la gestion de campagnes et aux outils et initiatives futures en planification/depenses
  • Documenter les processus et procedures cles lies aux technologies de plateforme marketing a mesure qu'ils evoluent et se developpent
  • Participer aux seances de planification et d'attribution des taches aux equipes
  • Recruter, former, assister et superviser les specialistes en technologie de toute l'entreprise
  • Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances et technologies en matière de marketing


Exigences minimales
  • Au moins 3 ans d'experience avec des solutions MPM, comme Allocadia, Hive9, Anaplan, etc.
  • Expertise en plateforme d'automatisation marketing comme Marketo
  • Experience avec Salesforce, un solide atout.
  • Experience en marketing entre entreprises, notamment sur le lancement de campagnes marketing et la generation de demande
  • Excellentes aptitudes a la communication verbale et ecrite
  • Passion pour l'optimisation des processus et des technologies et pour l'amelioration des performances
  • Competences eprouvees dans la conception de solutions creatives et de plateforme
  • Solides competences d'organisation et de gestion de projets
  • Baccalaureat en informatique, en ingenierie ou dans un domaine connexe
