Position Summary:

Currently, RSI is looking to fill the position of a Marketing Technology Specialist who will play a vital role as the subject matter expert on utilizing marketing technologies to improve RSI’s marketing efforts including search engine optimization, customer segmentation, and social media. This individual will be responsible for aligning digital marketing strategies with the company’s business goals, implementing marketing automation tools, optimizing SEO, ensuring website privacy compliance, and providing data and reports to the leadership team to make informed business decisions. This role requires effective coordination with internal team members as well as outside vendors to align marketing efforts across the organization.

Qualifications: 

• 2-5 years' of experience in a tech marketing capacity
• Technical expertise and experience with:
  • Google Ads and Analytics
  • Google Suite including Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Wordpress
  • Hubspot
  • Asana or similar project management tools
  • Zoom
  • Hootsuite
  • ChatGPT
  • GoDaddy Hosting Security Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to organize and document effectively
• Task and project management
• Able to work during Pacific Standard Time Business hours

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating, implementing, and improving marketing technologies using best practices
• Process design, implementation, and continuous improvement
• Email Campaign management
• Website enhancements including design, optimization, performance, functionality, and security
• Google SEO and PPC activities
• Marketing technology Subject Matter Expertise 

The anticipated salary range for this position will fall between $7.25 - $25/hr and is based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
