Job Description
The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator will work closely with the Director, Marketing in a marketing, design and event planning role. This role requires organizational and creative excellence and the ability to work independently.Essential Functions

• Conceive, design, and produce visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, trade shows, proposals, presentations, brochures, direct mail, email and other promotional vehicles in alignment with the brand strategy and imagery.
• Organize, manage and distribute inventory for promotional items, trade shows, events, sales collateral, and uniforms.
• Provide significant assistance in the planning and implementation of company events, including managing catering, entertainment, raffle items, and décor.
• Craft written and visual content for various physical and digital platforms, including social media, blogs, brochures, sales proposals, and email marketing.
• Perform a variety of administrative functions to support the execution of sales and marketing plans including managing direct mail campaigns, conducting research, designing PowerPoints, printing nameplates, taking employee photos, and printing and assembling proposal binders.
• Manage our social media presence across platforms (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Manage website updates in partnership with external developers
• Coordinate trade show set up and breakdown, including promotional items, literature, booth presentation, and brand consistency.
• Assist with internal communications, including SharePoint postings and interior signage.Competencies
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality output
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Experience with WordPress, photography, and video creation and editing is a plus.Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. The person in this role would routinely use standard office equipment, including but not limited to computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and step ladders.Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. This job also requires the use of step ladders and hand tools necessary for trade show display assembly and take down. This position requires occasional lifting and carrying, such as boxes of apparel, promotional items, trade show equipment and supplies. This position requires regular sitting at an office desk with walking, stooping, kneeling, carrying, lifting, pushing and raising hands over head to stock supplies, set up equipment, etc as necessary.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, primarily on-site position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Travel
This position requires 10 – 20% local / same-day travel for trade show participation and/or community events and meetings.
Individual means of transportation required.Required Education and Experience
• Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing and graphic design role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who can work independently, manage time well, and juggle multiple priorities
• Strong content creation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation — this role requires regular local travelWork Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
• Criminal Background Check, PA Child Welfare clearance and FBI fingerprinting clearance may be required
