Job Summary

The MarTech Engineer will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns through the utilization of Adobe Campaign tools, particularly Adobe Campaign v8 and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role will involve collaborating with marketing and data teams to understand campaign objectives, configuring and implementing campaigns within Adobe Campaign, and providing technical support to ensure successful execution and optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of marketing campaigns within Adobe Campaign v8.
  • Collaborate with MarTech team to understand campaign requirements and objectives.
  • Create and manage customer segments and target audiences within Adobe Campaign.
  • Support the creation and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, Direct Mail and push notifications.
  • Work closely with data teams to ensure accurate data integration and segmentation within Adobe Campaign.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign execution and delivery. Assist in the testing of campaign workflows and automation processes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and new features within Adobe Campaign and AJO.
  • Provide training and support to marketing teams on using Adobe Campaign tools effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, particularly Adobe Campaign v8 and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL for data manipulation and segmentation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
