ME Technician

岗位职责：
1. 独立完成上下模，遵守安全作业，工作纪律；
2. 根据工艺卡和试模计划进行产品开机及工艺调试，并对产品进行自检及送样QC做首检；
3. 对开机运行正常的产品进行工艺记录，异常时联络会同工程师一起分析；
4. 开机异常处理，记录和分析，需要模具维修的填写维修系统并交接；
5. 试模过程中对异常断芯汇报，留样，提出相关建议；
6. 处理常见的模具故障, 模具日常维护及保养；
7. 试模机台和周边设备点检，及时反馈设备异常情况，清洁打扫，按照5S搞好周边工作场地；
8. 了解物料物性，模具结构，产品特点进行CT优化；
9. 其他相关工作和主管安排的工作内容。

录用条件：
1. 中专或高中以上学历
2. 能适应加班和倒班的工作模式
3. 三年以上注塑相关工作经验，熟悉住友，雅宝，海天等机型者优先考虑
4. 良好的沟通协调能力
