Elbłąg location/ possible remotely
This role is to support New Units and Power Services Plant Engineering with focus on mechanical equipment specification, analysis and evaluation of vendor bids (including proposal for vendor selection), review of technical documents and interface clarification; follow-up of supplier documentation incl. participation of FAT in supplier workshop, and technical management of the mechanical equipment and packages.

Technical Skills:
  • Experience in the power / energy / industrial application business
  • Experienced with supplier qualification
  • Site installation and commissioning experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Solid Works could be an advantage
The role is expected to carry out following function/activities as part of this job:
  • Provide input for the preparation of system time schedule
  • Take the basic input data from the LE in order to prepare the technical dossier
  • Prepare the Technical Dossier for Procurement to issue for quotation ensuring compliance with the contract/ client technical document requirements and contract time schedule for delivery of equipment and documents
  • Prepare the technical tender analysis (supplier evaluation) including comparison with the budget
  • Prepare and sign the final equipment technical dossier
  • Analyze client comments and elaborate comprehensive answers
  • Participate in design and/or technical reviews (internal/external)
  • Represent the assigned scope at meetings with the partner and/or customer if required
  • Validate documents with the appropriate engineering status and distribute according to the project specific distribution list.
  • Participate in acceptance test at the supplier's as required and prepare the corresponding acceptance checklist
