Medical Innovation Advisor - VIE Contract

- Target start date: 01/04/2025
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Medical InnovationAdvisor VIE in our Medical Affairs team you will partner with the Medical Innovation & Digital Lead to develop and execute on medical strategic priorities, and will work cross-functionally across therapeutic areas contributing to scaling digital solutions and contributing to the modernization of our organization across therapeutic areas, including those supporting Research & Development (R&D) acceleration, insights integration, medical education/engagement, digital/social scientific communications, and AI-enabled evidence generation.

Main responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of the Sanofi's digital strategy for the North America Specialty Care organization.
- Assist/support the Medical Innovation & Digital Lead in the training and communications of medical modernization initiatives.
- Develop and implement medical modernizations across North America therapeutic areas to optimize creation, approval, delivery, and impact of medical communications through omnichannel delivery.
- Co-operate with other medical functions (Global) and cross-functionally.
About you
Experience:
- Experience in medical department, as a Medical Advisor is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (comfortable with public speaking).
- Agile learner who is comfortable operating in complex environments and working on multi-disciplinary teams.
- Good understanding of medical sciences, healthcare systems, and current medical practices.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory processes and requirements in the medical field.
- Good project management skills.
- Ability to effectively analyse and interpret data.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest medical innovations and scientific literature.
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacology or a related scientific discipline. (PharmD, MD, PhD would be a plus).
- Proficient proficiency in English (verbal and written).
