The primary purpose of this role is to mediate Pramata supply agreements to data and analytics mapping. This will include providing internal/external partners with support in day-to-day GPO agreement execution reconciliation. The position will require thorough working knowledge of internal systems, customer coding, and agreement terms compliance. Additional knowledge of how MHS contracts with its customers across each GPO is preferred, to support and assist in managing audit reviews. Strategic involvement in agreement development to assist in data extraction for various forecasting and benchmarking tools will be the additional focus. Time management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and interactions with multiple business partners is crucial.
The MHS National Accounts Customer Support Specialist will assist in coordinating financial and operational opportunities in support of sales, IT, and compliance in the following areas:
- Building business relationships to enhance the supply agreement to customer mapping process across all MHS customers.
- Identify exceptions and correct discrepancies in the Pramata MHS document load process.
- Manage GPO customer coding requirements as it relates to data & analytics segmentations.
- Demonstrate subject matter expert (SME) knowledge of GPO/Local Customer agreements, including knowledge of accounts, contracts, profiles, and trends.
- Act as a single point of contact for Contract 360 inquiries, to ensure benchmarking and forecasting tools are aligned with business requirements.
- Drive SOX Compliance biannual testing to mediate data gathering between external auditors and the business.
- Conduct audit review walkthroughs to illustrate MHS controls performance.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement and team innovation.
- Provides leadership support through team building, coaching, and mentoring to create a seamless agreement reconciliation process.
This position will not be a customer-facing position but will require a significant understanding of customer-centric approaches. The applicant will participate in strategy meetings to innovate the analytical business needs of MHS as a whole.
Minimum Requirement:
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
Critical Skills:
- Minimum 5 years related experience in sales/customer service or project management within healthcare or a similar industry
- Minimum 2 years' experience of sales, group purchasing organizations, government, institutional and long-term care entities, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Minimum 5 years progressive responsibility experience
- Prior sales management and/or customer management experience
- Experience in Acute pharmacy segment of healthcare
- Formal knowledge and background within the institutional volunteer pharmacy market segment
- Sales management and understanding of pricing models
- Understanding of the GPOs and retail buying groups
- Able to work within a highly complex organization
Additional Skills:
- Advanced degree in business and/or healthcare is strongly preferred.
- Prior sales leadership is preferred
- Track record of sales success and sales leadership success

Education: 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Traditional office environment.
- 10% + travel to customer/prospect sites and/or McKesson locations
Physical Requirements:

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$96,500 - $160,800
